Facilities
First aid, rest rooms, an information booth and free parking will be provided. Booth sitting service is also available, free of charge, to all exhibitors.
Show Hours
The show hours are 9 AM to 6 PM on Saturday and 9 AM to 5 PM on Sunday. There is NO rain date.
Registration and Set-Up
All exhibitors are asked to register before setting up their display. Personal and vehicle identification will be provided at this time. Friday, 9 AM to 8 PM, Saturday, 6 AM to 8 AM
Emerging Artists
Each year we accept 10 Emerging Artists into our show to support new talent on the art show scene. Apply via Zapplication.org under the EMERGING ARTIST category. You do not need to include a booth shot, rather upload an additional photo of your work. At check out, enter the code EMERGE25. Then, send us an email describing your background and why you want to be part of the Mount Gretna Art Show, no more than 300 words. To be eligible for the Emerging Artist category, artists will have not displayed work professionally in other juried shows.
